Obtained authorisation to establish a public passenger service between Pont de Armentera and Valls (round-trip).<\/p>\n
The route had non-fixed stops at Santes Creus, Vila-rodona and Ali\u00f3 and the following fares were established: Pont de Armentera – Valls 2.50 pesetas; Santes Creus – Valls 2 pesetas; Vila-rodona – Valls 1.5 pesetas; Ali\u00f3 – Valls 0.75 pesetas; Santas Creus – Valls 2 pesetas.<\/p>\n
This bus line began to operate with a vehicle that was a SCAT bus, with registration number T-299, capacity for 20 people and a maximum speed of 12 km\/hour.<\/p>\n
During these years the company was known as Hispano Pontorrina.<\/p>\n

During these years, the company changed its name to Transportes Monasterio, and became activly involved in public transport in the region.<\/p>\n
At the end of the 1970s, Sant Pere de Ribes – Sitges line and Vilanoveta district (Sant Pere de Ribes) – Vilanova i la Geltr\u00fa line were acquired.<\/p>\n
