23rd of June of 1921
Obtained authorisation to establish a public passenger service between Pont de Armentera and Valls (round-trip).
The route had non-fixed stops at Santes Creus, Vila-rodona and Alió and the following fares were established: Pont de Armentera – Valls 2.50 pesetas; Santes Creus – Valls 2 pesetas; Vila-rodona – Valls 1.5 pesetas; Alió – Valls 0.75 pesetas; Santas Creus – Valls 2 pesetas.
This bus line began to operate with a vehicle that was a SCAT bus, with registration number T-299, capacity for 20 people and a maximum speed of 12 km/hour.
During these years the company was known as Hispano Pontorrina.
Beginning of the 70’s
The company acquired new regular transport lines, such as Querol – Valls, Pont de Armentera – Tarragona, Pont de Armentera – Calafell, El Vendrell – Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sant Pere de Ribes – Vilanova i la Geltrú and Vilanova i la Geltrú – Vilafranca del Penedès with a branch between Canyelles and Vilanova i la Geltrú.
During these years, the company changed its name to Transportes Monasterio, and became activly involved in public transport in the region.
At the end of the 1970s, Sant Pere de Ribes – Sitges line and Vilanoveta district (Sant Pere de Ribes) – Vilanova i la Geltrú line were acquired.
Beginning of the 1990s
Las Roquetes – Sitges and Barcelona and Sitges lines were acquired, with a branch line along the A-16 motorway and an extension to Vilanova i la Geltrú, providing service to Garraf Coast towards Barcelona and the airport.
Year 2008
The company obtained ISO 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environment) certifications for its road passenger transport activity.
Two years later, it was also certified in the UNE-EN-13816 standard, a specific standard for its passenger transport activity.
All of these certification standards have been renewed in 2020.
Summer 2019
The company moves its base from C/ del Campesinado in Sant Pere de Ribes to a new one located in the Masía de en Notario industrial estate in Vilanova i la Geltrú. This new base allows us to have a space much more in accordance with the operational needs of the company.

- Nocturno Barcelona-Vilanova i la Geltrú-Vilafranca del Penedès
- Vilanova i la Geltrú- Lo Vendrell.
- Vilanova i la Geltrú-Tarragona.
- Valls-Calafell.
